The report said:

Supreme leader Kim Jong Un sent an open letter to all voters throughout the country in which he announced that he decided to register as a candidate for deputy at Paektusan Constituency No. 111 for the election of the deputies to the 13th SPA of the DPRK. Afterwards, all other constituencies successfully nominated and registered the candidates for the deputies to the 13th SPA.

The meetings of the electorate for nominating candidates for the deputies to the 13th SPA of the DPRK and examining their qualifications nominated service personnel, workers, farmers, intellectuals and officials who are devoting themselves to the prosperity of the country and the happiness of the people, true to the Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Un, as candidates for the deputies.

All the constituency election committees across the country registered the nominees as the candidates for the deputies to the SPA to be elected at relevant constituencies, according to the Rules on the Elections of Deputies to the People's Assemblies at All Levels.

The Central Election Committee reported that relevant constituency election committees correctly registered the candidates for the SPA deputies who were nominated at the meetings of the electorate of all constituencies across the country as candidates for the SPA deputies.
