IS Dismantlement Urged in S. Korea

Pyongyang, March 13 (KCNA) -- The Solidarity for Progress and other civic and public organizations of south Korea held a press conference at the Kwanghwamun plaza in Seoul on Mar. 10 at which they called for dismantling the Intelligence Service (IS), according to Voice of People, an internet paper of south Korea.

At the press conference speakers accused the IS of perpetrating organized crimes such as faking up evidence and forging spying case.

The facts explain the reason why the IS should be dismantled, they charged.

The prosecution authorities should make a thoroughgoing probe into the truth about the case fabricated by the IS and punish those involved in it, they held, warning that the prosecution authorities would face strong resistance of people if they turn down these demands.
