Slaboy January Guzowski, chairperson of the Central Committee of the Poland-Korea Association, was elected chairperson of the preparatory committee.

The committee discussed the issues to significantly celebrate the Day of the Sun by giving wide publicity to the undying feats of Kim Il Sung and the greatness and vitality of the Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.
