The statement said that the U.S. is terming the DPRK's recent rocket-launching drills a "provocation" and "violation of the resolutions of the UN Security Council".

As far as the DPRK's rocket-launching drills are concerned, they are the exercise of the independent rights of a sovereign country as they were conducted according to its regular training plans, bringing no damage to the U.S. mainland and neighboring countries.

It is none other than Washington which made provocations in fact.

The U.S. terms the rocket-launching drills any country conducts to defend itself on its land a "provocation and threats" and describes Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises, the nuclear war drills targeting the DPRK, by introducing huge armed forces from its mainland as "defensive and annual ones." Such assertions of the U.S. are most shameless and brigandish sophism.

When the DPRK has taken a series of initiative and magnanimous measures for mending the inter-Korean relations, the U.S. is throwing a wet blanket over the issue of improving the relations.

Clear is the U.S. real intention. It is aimed to ignite a war of aggression at any cost.

The U.S. is the cruelest country in the world and the country of evils.

It should clearly see who its rival is and withdraw from south Korea at once, carrying with its forces for aggression.
