Resignation of Conservative Ruling Forces Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, March 15 (KCNA) -- The south Korean internet newspaper Minjok Ilbo Wednesday issued an editorial calling for resignation of the south Korean conservative ruling forces engrossed in fabricating cases.

The editorial said the voices of people from all walks of life in south Korea are loudly ringing out day by day to have the Intelligence Service (IS) dismantled and its director punished.

It noted:

The opposition parties said that it is the people's cognition and public opinion that evidence which has been revealed so far is enough to relieve the director of the IS from his office, adding what measures are taken against the IS, chief culprit of the successive fabrication of cases, is a yardstick to judge the present "government".

The Unified Progressive Party sent a protest letter to the present chief executive, demanding her apologize to the people for IS's cooking up of a spy case and the prosecution's false investigation, dismiss the director of the IS and the minister of Justice and introduce a special investigation system.

Lawyer Kim Yong Min accused the chief executive, the ruling party and conservative media of making much ado, upset by the disclosure of the truth about the IS's fabrication of a spy case.

The mounting resentment confirms that the destiny of the present "government" is at stake.
