Pyongyang, March 18 (KCNA) -- An article written by the head of the Uruk Symphony Orchestra, art troupe of Koreans in the U.S., was posted on Minjok Thongsin, internet paper of Koreans in the U.S. The working masses of the DPRK ardently sing the song "February is spring", the article said, and went on: The song expresses belief that future of Korea is always bright and rosy thanks to February in spring when Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission (NDC) of the DPRK, was born. The DPRK has drawn worldwide attention since President Kim Il Sung passed away. Can the DPRK stand unfazed by the U.S. moves to stifle it? Through media the enemies spread the rumor about "collapse" of the DPRK, claiming it was an established fact. It was against this backdrop that NDC Chairman Kim Jong Il visited the Tabaksol Post (post under young pine trees) on the morning of the New Year 1995 before any other places. His field guidance was given to one post on the front to another without let-up despite snowstorm and sweltering mid-summer days. The service personnel and people of the north always remember the devoted services Kim Jong Il rendered by turning the country into a strong military power under the banner of Songun. The day of national reunification desired by Kim Jong Il is approaching in the era of Kim Jong Un. The world came to know about the invincible might of the DPRK, in which the leader and the people are single-mindedly united. World people praise Marshal Kim Jong Un, who is providing field guidance day and night for the happiness of the working masses, as sun and benefactor. |
