Mikhail Panchenko, general secretary of the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions, and Nikolai Polishk, chairman of the Ukrainian "Treasured Sword of Songun" Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, were elected executive secretaries of the preparatory committee.

A decision of the international alliance on the inauguration of the preparatory committee was read out.

It underscored the need for the preparatory committee to organize diverse political and cultural events.
