Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea who is also chairman of the Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader", made a speech at the inaugural ceremony of the Beninese national preparatory committee for celebrating the 102nd birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung on March 11.

He said:

The President built the socialist system centred on the popular masses on the land of Korea in which the people have become the master of everything and everything serves them.

He made sure that people were fully provided with all socio-political conditions so that they could exercise their rights as the master of the country, and their requirement and will were applied to politics.

His original idea of state-building and the exploits he performed in building the genuine people's country through his veteran and tested leadership will be everlasting.

Rector of the Cotonou Institute of Journalism of Benin Pascal Zouncheme, chief of the Benin Group for the Study of Kimilsungism and Kimjongilism, said:

Kim Il Sung was deeply revered by the Korean people and the world progressives as not only eternal President of the DPRK but also great pioneer of the human cause of independence.

He provided the invincible guidelines for accomplishing the cause of independence by founding the Juche idea, the Songun idea.
