Officials and employees of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports erected with due respect a mosaic "The great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il present at the ceremony for the completion of Chongchun Street" and successfully built the monument to their revolutionary activities.

A ceremony for the completion of the remodeling of the sports village thanks to the personal initiative and energetic guidance of supreme leader Kim Jong Un was held on Wednesday.

Present there were Kwak Pom Gi, secretary of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, Vice-Premier Kim Yong Jin, Ri Yong Su, department director of the C.C., the WPK, Ri Jong Mu, minister of Physical Culture and Sports, officials and builders who took part in the project, officials and players in the field of sports and other people in the city.

Kwak Pom Gi said that Kim Jong Un unrolled a far-reaching plan to remodel the sports village which are associated with immortal leadership feats of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and contributed to the development of the country's sports as required by the new century and has energetically led the work.

Officials and employees of the ministry should eternally glorify the immortal leadership feats of the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu, take good care of sports facilities and equipment and manage them well so that the party's loving care may reach the players and people, he noted.

He called upon the players and officials in the field of sports to intensify training in every way, carry on the dynamic drive to bring the sports science and technology to a world level as early as possible and demonstrate the dignity and honor of the prosperous DPRK with more gold medals.

At the end of the ceremony, the participants looked round the remodeled Sosan Football Stadium, the Table-Tennis Gymnasium and various other gymnasiums, and a restaurant for players.
