Kim Il Sung Praised by Nepalese Paper

Pyongyang, March 21 (KCNA) -- The Nepalese paper Arpan carried a special write-up illustrated with a portrait of smiling President Kim Il Sung on Mar. 7 on the occasion of his birth anniversary. Its article titled "President Kim Il Sung, eternal sun of Juche" said: The President was a great philosopher, statesman and strategist who adorned the 20th century with his outstanding ideological and theoretical activities and wise leadership. He fathered the Juche idea centered on the masses, ushering in the Juche era, a new era in the history of mankind. He also defeated the two formidable enemies, the U.S. and Japanese imperialists, in one generation and led the social revolution of various stages to victory. The feats performed by him in all fields including politics, economy, military and culture are the precious legacy not only for the Korean people but for the world progressives. He was the greatest man who dedicated himself to the country and its people and the accomplishment of the cause of global independence, regarding it as his motto to believe in people as in Heaven. He will always be alive along with mankind. He developed the Korean People's Army into a powerful revolutionary army of Juche, the army of the Party and leader and the genuine army for the people. Under the wise leadership of the President, the KPA defeated the U.S. imperialists who boasted of being the "strongest" in the world and thus defended the sovereignty of the country and made a great contribution to ensuring world peace and security. He was the eternal sun of the Korean nation as he dedicated himself to national reunification. |
