The north and the south have a good experience in paving the way for improving their relations, protecting the interests common to the nation and promoting the confidence and unity from the stand of By Korean nation itself after the publication of the June 15 joint declaration.

The fellow countrymen are the best and there is nothing impossible for them if they pool their efforts.
