The festival will bring together art troupes, dancing troupes and circuses of dozens of countries made up of international and national concours winners and famous artistes, overseas Korean art troupes and Korean artistes.

The festival will offer a significant occasion in promoting the cultural exchange and cooperation among artistes of various countries as they will make an artistic representation of the unanimous desire of the Korean people and world people valuing independence, peace and friendship.
