Day of Sun to Be Celebrated in Myanmar

| Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee of Myanmar for celebrating the 102nd birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun) was formed in Yangon on March 17. Aung Thein Lynn, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The preparatory committee decided to organize diverse political and cultural events including meeting, friendly gathering, photo exhibition and film show on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. |
