The Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK said:

There is no country in the world like the DPRK which has been exposed to the most frantic blockade and open nuclear threat for a long period.

The U.S. is trying to stifle the DPRK in a bid to dominate the Asia-Pacific region.

The DPRK has held high a treasured sword of justice to defend its sovereignty in coping with the threat of the hostile forces and has access to reliable deterrence capable of smashing the aggression by the enemy, turning into an invincible fortress.

The U.S. should mind its human rights situation before talking about the DPRK's non-existent "human rights issue".

We will as ever make positive efforts for peace and stability on the Korean peninsula.

The Polish Branch of the Korean Friendship Association noted:

The frantic moves of the U.S. to stifle the DPRK have reached a grave stage which cannot be overlooked any longer.

The DPRK has access to nuclear weapons, an unavoidable choice made by it to cope with the U.S. ceaseless nuclear threat.

It is high time the U.S. withdrew its anachronistic hostile policy towards the DPRK and established a new realistic policy.
