The statement said:

The U.S. has threatened peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and disturbed Korea's reunification while pursuing from long ago the hostile policy to obliterate the DPRK politically, isolate it economically and stifle it militarily.

It is a well-known fact that the U.S. has made every possible effort to break the revolutionary faith of the service personnel and people of the DPRK who have been firmly armed with the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and stifle Korean-style socialism by dint of the American-style democracy and market economy.

The U.S. had better set right its human rights performance and apologize for the human rights abuses committed by it in other countries before kicking up a groundless "human rights" racket against the DPRK.
