DPRK's Principled Stand Supported by Political Parties and Organizations of Pakistan

|
Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) -- Pakistani political parties and organizations expressed support to the statement of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK. They included the Sind State Committee of the Awami National Party, Peasants and Working People's Party, Pakistan National Federation of Trade Unions, All-Pakistan Trade Union Organization, Pakistan-Korea Friendship Association and Karachi Juche Study Center. They released a joint statement on March 18. It said: The U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK aimed to suffocate it politically, economically and militarily and acts pursuant to it have recently reached a grave stage. The U.S. is strengthening "sanctions" and "isolation and blockade" against the DPRK and posing open military threat to it over its self-defensive nuclear deterrence. This will bring the situation on the Korean peninsula to the brink of war. The U.S. is resorting to the "human rights" racket against the DPRK by fabricating facts. Such racket is reaching an extreme state, going beyond the danger line. The Pakistani people demand the U.S. make a policy decision to roll back its hostile policy toward the DPRK and lift all the measures pursuant to the policy, have a correct view and stand on the nuclear deterrence of the DPRK and stop the anti-DPRK human rights racket at once, though belatedly. We also demand the U.S. stop interfering in the internal affairs of the DPRK, withdraw its forces from south Korea and disband the "UN Command". The Pakistani people will always stand on the side of the Korean people. |
