The Academy of Forestry, which plays an important role in foresting the whole country, has succeeded in putting the creation of mixed forest on a scientific basis, thus laying foundations of increasing forest resources.

The academy has developed a method of cultivating saplings based on no-power mist sprayers.

It completed an agro-forestry e-map, making it possible to select sites appropriate for agro-forestry management.

The academy has also cultivated different species of saplings, including Larix leptolepis, suitable for the climate and natural features of the country.

It has improved the system of breeding and seed selection which has proved effective in forestation.
