In the DPRK the working masses are guaranteed genuine rights and provided with free education and free medical care services.

In the country everyone participates in election and elects deputies who represent their interests.

The U.S. should immediately stop all sorts of hostile acts against the DPRK.

The Korean War Veterans' Council of Russia fully supports the statement of the NDC of the DPRK which was made public to cope with the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK.
