Present there on invitation were Alexandr Timonin, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy, Alexandr Galushka, minister of the Development of Far East who is chairman of the Russian side to the Inter-governmental Committee for Cooperation in Trade, Economy, Science and Technology between the DPRK and Russia, and his party.

Present there were Kim Jong Suk, chairwoman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, Kim Jin Bom, vice-chairman of the above-said committee who is also chairman of the DPRK-Russia Friendship Association, and officials concerned.
