The on-going struggle to create the spirit is also a heroic death-defying one to fully demonstrate the spirit of "At a Go" of Songun Korea, the spirit of making a great leap forward and innovations.

The builders of the cascade power stations along the River Chongchon are the fighters devotedly implementing the party's policies as they have fully displayed the revolutionary soldier spirit since the days of creating the Huichon Spirit.

The on-going struggle to create the above-said spirit is an honorable one to powerfully demonstrate the might of Korean-style socialism, the might of collectivism.

The construction sites of the power stations are the places where flavor of socialism is strongly felt and its true nature lives on.
