He said:

The People's Socialist Party of Mexico fully supports the statement the NDC of the DPRK released to cope with the U.S. maneuvers, regarding it as an expression of the independent and patriotic stand of the government and people of the DPRK.

The U.S., head of the imperialists, is seriously engaged in aggression, plot-breeding and arbitrariness against other countries by force and styles itself an "international gendarme" and a "police officer" of humankind. These unpardonable acts, however, do not have any legal, historical and moral value.

All progressive people point an accusing finger at the U.S. for its hypocritical act of styling itself a "human rights judge" without feeling any slightest compunction of conscience even though it facilitated and engineered coups to overturn legitimate governments and social systems in other countries, killed innocent people irrespective of sex and age and inflicted pain on them on the strength of "mightiness" which it acquired before and after the Second World War.

The U.S. imperialists are already on their downhill turn and are being thrown deep into the garbage ground of history.

The Korean people will certainly achieve a victory in the new offensive aimed at terminating the U.S. ceaseless provocations with an indomitable will as they did in the 1950s.

The People's Socialist Party of Mexico sends firm solidarity again to the heroic Koreans led by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
