Pyongyang, March 31 (KCNA) -- Vol. 2 of "Collection of Kim Il Sung's Anecdotes", a cycle of revolutionary anecdotes, was published in the DPRK. The book contains revolutionary anecdotes dealing with the revolutionary activities of President Kim Il Sung from June, Juche 15 (1926) to March, Juche 21 (1932), divided into 4 chapters. Contained in the book are anecdotes dealing with the historic facts that during his revolutionary activities at Hwasong Uisuk School Kim Il Sung awakened young people to consciousness, rallied them into one and founded the Down-with-Imperialism Union, a genuine Juche-type revolutionary organization and the first of its kind in Korea. Some anecdotes tell that he left the school in mid-course, determined to conduct a dynamic revolutionary struggle in a vast area, and formed and guided the Saenal Children's Union, the first revolutionary children's organization, in Fusong. Among them are anecdotes dealing with the facts that he disseminated progressive ideas among broad sections of young people and led them to an anti-Japanese struggle in Jilin, a new area of struggle. The book also contains anecdotes telling that he didn't stop his revolutionary activities and explored a new path of struggle even in Jilin prison. The book records the anecdotes dealing with the facts that he formed the first Juche-type party organization-the Society for Rallying Comrades and dynamically conducted the struggle to lay a solid mass foundation for the anti-Japanese armed struggle. It also contains anecdotes dealing with the revolutionary comradeship and the facts that he energetically led the preparations for founding the Anti-Japanese People's Guerilla Army after formally declaring an anti-Japanese war to annihilate the Japanese imperialists. |
