The U.S. is persistently pursuing its hostile policy toward the DPRK and rendering the situation on the Korean peninsula strained with the ambition for bringing down the socialist system in the DPRK, the statement said, and went on:

The U.S. is malignantly slandering the DPRK while labeling the DPRK's regular rocket launching as "provocation", though it is staging the madcap large-scale joint military exercises against the DPRK in collusion with south Korea.

Recently the U.S. is vociferating about the "human rights issue" of the DPRK. This is nothing but sophism quite contrary to the reality.

All the facts show that it is none other than the U.S. which is escalating tensions on the Korean peninsula and that its hostile policy toward the DPRK has already gone bankrupt.

We fully support the statement of the NDC of the DPRK and demand the U.S. immediately drop its anachronistic hostile policy toward the DPRK.
