The chairman of the Ecuadorian Cultural Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, said:

The 102nd birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung, sun of Juche, who always lives in the hearts of the Korean and world peoples is approaching.

I recollect with deep emotion the immortal exploits the great persons of Mt. Paektu performed by dedicating their lives to the cause of Juche on the occasion of the significant Day of the Sun.

The DPRK will always emerge victorious in the anti-imperialist, anti-U.S. struggle and in the efforts for independence and prosperity as supreme leader Kim Jong Un is successfully carrying forward the cause of Juche, true to the intentions of the preceding leaders.

Daniel Alvarez Celi, chairman of the Ecuadorian Committee for Supporting Korea's Independent and Peaceful Reunification, noted:

The Day of the Sun is a holiday not only for the Korean people but for all of us.

The DPRK is demonstrating its might as a socialist power along with the august name of Kim Il Sung.

The U.S. imperialists dare not provoke the DPRK because the latter has tremendous national power and military muscle provided by the Songun politics.

We invariably support the Korean people's cause of Juche, the cause of socialism.
