V.V. Grishkov, first secretary of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, said this during his recent visit to the DPRK.

He went on:

I was honored to meet the great Comrade Kim Il Sung and congratulate him on his 82nd birth anniversary when I visited the DPRK 20 years ago.

We make it a tradition to form the preparatory committee for celebrating his birth anniversary (Day of the Sun) and hold a photo exhibition, film show and other various events on his revolutionary activities.

The Korean people are all out in the dynamic drive to build a modern and highly civilized socialist country, true to the strategic line of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The People's Open-air Ice Rink, skate parks and other places we visited are the creatures newly built to make the people lead a happy life.

Okryu Children's Hospital and Ryugyong Dental Hospital installed with modern medical equipment are also splendid.

I was satisfied to see everything during my visit to the DPRK.

The DPRK is building genuine socialism for the ideal and happiness of the people.

We are going to deeply study the precious historic experience gained by the WPK and apply it in our activities.

Our Maritime Territorial Regional Committee will fully support the WPK and make positive contributions to boosting the friendly and cooperative relations between the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the WPK.

We sincerely hope that the Korean people would register greater successes in socialist construction under the wise guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is firmly carrying forward the cause of the great Comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
