The statement said:

The Japanese authorities prodded the Tokyo District Court to commit a fascist violence of deciding to allow the sale of the land and building of the Korean Hall of Chongryon on Mar. 24.

Such an illegal act of the Japanese authorities seeking a politically-motivated sinister purpose is a wanton violation of the dignity and vital rights of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan and a grave encroachment on the sovereignty of the DPRK.

The Japanese authorities are feigning ignorance of this, talking about a "judgment of a judicial organ" in a bid to evade the blame for seizing the Korean Hall but it is a poor excuse for concealing its sinister criminal attempt.

It is the real intention of the Japanese authorities to eliminate the center for activities of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon and thus obliterate the patriotic movement of Koreans in Japan.

Such an act is a criminal and fascist violence and terrorist act against Koreans in Japan and an act of discriminating the Korean nation.

In case the Japanese authorities continue political suppression and national persecution against Chongryon and Koreans in Japan while resorting to the moves to seize the Korean Hall of Chongryon, the DPRK will be left with no choice but to take countermeasures to it.
