DPRK's Cultural Exhibition Held in China

Beijing, April 7 (KCNA) -- The DPRK's cultural exhibition took place in Beijing between April 3 and 6 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung. Displayed at the venue of the exhibition were photos dealing with revolutionary careers and exploits of Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il and revolutionary activities of supreme leader Kim Jong Un. Exhibited there were works of the peerlessly great men, books, photos and stamps introducing the true picture of the DPRK and art pieces associated with the creative talents of Koreans. Speeches were made at the opening ceremony. Ji Jae Ryong, DPRK ambassador to China, praised Kim Il Sung for his sacred revolutionary career and immortal exploits. Kim Il Sung is always alive as the sun and the victorious history of the DPRK is given steady continuity as Kim Jong Il firmly preserved Kim Il Sung's idea and cause and wisely led the struggle for accomplishing them. He said that the revolutionary cause of Juche which had been pioneered and advanced by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il has been successfully carried forward under the leadership of Kim Jong Un. Li Ruohong, chairman of the China World Peace Foundation, recalled that Kim Il Sung was the great leader of the Korean people and a close friend of the Chinese people. He went on: This year marks the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the DPRK and the relations between the two countries have entered a new historical stage. He pledged to bring a beautiful future of the friendly and cooperative relations between China and the DPRK by conducting exchanges rich in contents and diverse in forms in the future, too. |
