The Tokyo District Court made a decision to allow the sale of the land and building of the Korean Hall of Chongryon on Mar. 24.

This indicates that the Japanese authorities' suppression of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan has reached an extremely dangerous phase.

Chongryon is a dignified organization of overseas citizens of the DPRK championing the legitimate rights of the Koreans in Japan.

We resolutely reject the above-said decision made under the backstage manipulation of the Japanese authorities.

We extend invariable support and solidarity to Chongryon and the Koreans in Japan in their struggle for protecting their dignity and rights to existence and the sovereignty of the DPRK.

The Bulgarian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism－Kimjongilism said:

We strongly denounce the Japanese authorities' moves to stamp out the activities of Chongryon.

The Japanese authorities' moves are aimed to disturb and weaken the activities of Chongryon.

These criminal actions are another clear indication that the Japanese authorities are wantonly violating even the elementary rights of the Koreans in Japan.

If Japan persistently works to suppress Chongryon and Koreans in Japan, its authorities will be entirely responsible for all the ensuing consequences.
