He sent the letter on behalf of the participants in the 18th seminar of world political parties on the building of a new society.

The letter expressed heartfelt thanks to Kim Jong Un for paying deep attention to the seminar so that it was held with success and sending a delegation of the Workers' Party of Korea.

It said:

Kim Jong Un is further glorifying socialist Korea as an indestructible power demonstrating its might before the world, true to the noble intention of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il who are alive forever in the hearts of the Korean people and the world progressives.

The seminar expressed the reverence for Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, who made undying contributions to accomplishing the cause of global independence and the socialist cause and for Kim Jong Un who is successfully materializing their desires.

The seminar called upon communist, workers' and progressive political parties and the people in various countries of the world to sincerely organize with splendor memorial services marking the 20th anniversary of demise of Kim Il Sung and the 3rd anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il.

The letter expressed belief that the WPK and the Korean people would continue winning great victories in the proud struggle to usher in the period of great prosperity of socialist Korea, Songun Korea, a legacy bequeathed by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.
