The U.S. is staging the large-scale madcap nuclear war drill in collusion with the south Korean puppet forces to stifle the DPRK, he said, adding:

What is interesting is that the UN Security Council is keeping mum about the consequences to be entailed by the military drill.

The UNSC on Mar. 28 held a meeting behind closed doors to denounce the self-defensive rocket-launching drill of the Korean People's Army as "violation of resolutions" and "threats to international peace and security".

The UNSC is feigning ignorance of the U.S.-south Korea joint military drill threatening peace and security on the Korean peninsula and the region while censuring the justifiable self-defensive military drill of the DPRK as a "threat."

The U.S. had better bear in mind that the DPRK has tremendous military muscle.

The DPRK declared that it would not rule out a new form of nuclear test to further bolster up its nuclear deterrence.

The way out for the U.S. is to stop its imprudent approach towards the warning of the DPRK and ponder over it.

If such catastrophic situation which no one wishes to see is created on the peninsula, the U.S. will be wholly accountable for it.
