The Bulgarian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said:

The Korean People's Army conducted its just rocket-launching exercises for self-defence to cope with the U.S.-south Korea joint military drill targeting the DPRK.

However, the UNSC at a closed-door consultative meeting on Mar. 28 committed an illegal provocative act of "denouncing" the DPRK for its just rocket-launching exercises.

The UNSC labeled the DPRK's rocket-launching exercises aimed at defending peace as a "violation of resolutions" and "threats to international peace and security", far from condemning the U.S. frantic nuclear war exercises.

It is clear that the UNSC is joining the U.S. in its moves to increase the danger of a war on the Korean peninsula.

The U.S. and its followers will be wholly responsible for the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by their moves for aggression.

The Bulgaria－Korea Friendship Association noted:

Why on earth is the UNSC shutting its eyes to the U.S.-south Korea joint military exercises but regarding the just military exercises of the DPRK as a "threat"?

The DPRK warned that it would not rule out a new type of nuclear test to further bolster up its nuclear deterrence.

We bitterly condemn the UNSC for its unreasonable behavior.
