Displayed at the exhibition are more than 600 designs and industrial art designs personally guided by Marshal Kim Jong Un.

On display there are at least 800 designs, products and models contributed by creators, teachers and students of the Mansudae Art Studio, Korean Industrial Art Studio, provincial industrial art studios, industrial art studios of ministries and national institutions, industrial establishments and universities, and industrial art fans.

Present at the opening ceremony were officials concerned, creators, teachers, students and art fans.

Vice-Premier Kim Yong Jin made an opening address.

He called upon industrial art creators to create more fresh and peculiar world-famous designs and thus positively contribute to producing goods impeccable in any aspect and favored by the people and goods with world competitiveness.
