Meetings, photo and book exhibitions and film shows took place in Bangladesh, Mongolia and Switzerland on April 4 and 5.

Displayed at the venues of the events were photos dealing with the immortal exploits of Kim Il Sung, General Secretary Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

On display there also were works of the peerlessly great men and books introducing Songun Korea.

Participants watched Korean films including "Fireworks of a Thriving Nation" at the film shows.

The secretary general of the Bangladesh-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee and other speakers highly praised the President for turning the DPRK into a socialist power of independence, self-reliance and self-defence.

They praised him for defeating U.S. and Japanese imperialisms in one generation, performing a miracle in the world history.

The chairman of the Mongolia-Korea Friendship Society said that the President was a peerless statesman and great revolutionary, adding that he made a great contribution to the development of the Mongolia-DPRK friendship.

The chairman of the Switzerland-Korea Committee praised the President as a peerlessly great man always living in the hearts of not only the Korean people but the world progressive mankind.

He stressed that the President set forth the three principles of national reunification, the 10-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo and wisely led the Korean people in their struggle for reunifying the country.

Congratulatory messages to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events held in Mongolia and Switzerland.
