The illegal decision on allowing the sale of the land and building of the hall is an intolerable fascist repression.

The Japanese authorities have long resorted to the frantic anti-Chongryon moves to seize the hall.

As for Koreans in Japan, they are the victims of the Japanese imperialists' criminal forcible drafting of Koreans and their descendants.

So the authorities have legal and moral responsibilities to protect the rights and properties of Koreans in Japan.

It is unpardonable that the authorities are resorting to the move to disintegrate and stamp out the organization instead.

The recent decision is a serious act hostile to the DPRK.

We strongly demand the Japanese authorities properly understand that such suppression is an unpardonable provocation against the DPRK and self-destruction that will lead the relations between the DPRK and Japan to the worst phase, and behave themselves.
