On display there were more than 1,650 medical appliances, instruments and materials of 700 varieties contrived and manufactured by public health, factories, enterprises, scientific and educational institutions across the country.

Highly appreciated among them were appliances including ultrasonic diagnosing appliance for abdomen, high-tension steam sterilizer, serum centrifuge and others presented by Pyongyang Medical College of Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of Public Health General Dental Hospital and medical appliances factories.

Also exhibited there were medical instruments and materials presented by the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill, the Sinuiju Enameled Ironware Factory and the Pyongyang Grindstone Factory.
