The statement said:

The UN Security Council committed an illegal provocation such as "denouncing" the DPRK's just rocket launching exercises as a "violation of resolutions" and "threat to the global peace and security" in a closed-door consultative meeting convened at the urgent request of the U.S. on Mar. 28.

For this illegal action the UNSC acted as a puppet of the U.S. once again.

The Korean People's Army conducted the rocket launching exercises to protect the country from the U.S. nuclear war exercises for aggression.

On the other hand the UN has kept silence over the U.S.-south Korea Ssangyong drill chiefly aimed at "occupying Pyongyang".

The UN "denounced" the DPRK's efforts for the security of the country and nation as a "provocation" whereas justified the U.S. moves for a nuclear war as the ones for "defending peace". This is the height of shamelessness.

It is the exercise of the legitimate and just right for the DPRK to take measures to defend its sovereignty.

The U.S. is not entitled to commit moves for aggression to threaten the security of the DPRK.

If the U.S. takes issue with the DPRK over its self-defensive measures as a "provocation" again, the DPRK will not rule out a new type of nuclear test.

This is a legitimate act for self-defence and will not pose any threat to other country.
