The League of the Yugoslavian Communist Youth in Serbia said:

The Japanese authorities have long regarded the Korean Hall of Chongryon on which the flag of the DPRK is fluttering as a thorn in their flesh and resorted to moves to seize it.

In the long run, they instigated the Tokyo District Court to fake up an unprecedented fraudulent farce in utter disregard of the Japanese law, judicial precedents of the court and practice of auction procedures.

We resolutely reject the decision to allow the sale of the Korean Hall and demand the Japanese authorities roll back their hostile policy toward the DPRK.

The Finland-Korea Society and the Finnish National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea condemned the Japanese authorities' moves to seize the Korean Hall as a wanton violation of the dignity and rights of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan.

The Thailand-DPRK Friendship Association said:

We can never pardon the moves of Japan to seize the Korean Hall, not content with its suppression of Koreans in Japan, while not making an apology and reparation for the crimes committed against the Korean people.

The Korean Hall of Chongryon has played a role for the DPRK-Japan friendship and peace in Northeast Asia like the diplomatic mission of the DPRK under the condition that there are no diplomatic relations between the two countries.

We strongly demand Japan immediately withdraw its illegal decision on allowing the sale of the Korean Hall of Chongryon.
