Present there on invitation were Wang Jiarui, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and head of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Ding Wei, vice-minister of Culture, Wu Donghe, chairman of the China-Korea Friendship Association, Liu Jianchao, assistant to the foreign minister, and other officials concerned.

Ji Jae Ryong said:

For their great exploits on behalf of the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il are alive in the hearts of not only the Korean people but humankind of the world including the Chinese people.

Marshal Kim Jong Un is making a ceaseless forced march of the love for the people to translate the desires of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il into reality.

Wang Jiarui said that Kim Il Sung founded the Workers' Party of Korea, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Korean People's Army. He praised Kim Il Sung for performing great exploits to shine long in history, adding that he will always be alive in the hearts of the Korean people.

Kim Jong Un is wisely leading the Korean people true to the behests of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, he noted.

He expressed belief that the Korean people would achieve further successes in their work for the prosperity of the country and a durable peace on the Korean Peninsula under the leadership of the WPK headed by Kim Jong Un.
