Displayed at the venue of the festival are flowers of the sun reflecting the sincere minds of armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions and many other units, service personnel, people from all walks of life and school youth and children.

Also on display are flowers presented with sincerity by the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, overseas Koreans, foreign diplomatic missions and missions of international organizations here, friendship and solidarity organizations and figures of different countries, members of the supporting associations for propagating immortal flowers and Chinese residents in the DPRK.

An opening ceremony took place at the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition on Sunday.

Present there were Kim Ki Nam, Yang Hyong Sop, officials concerned, officials of units which displayed flowers, service personnel, working people, overseas Koreans delegations and overseas Koreans.

Also invited there were members of the Indonesian government cultural delegation headed by Hari Untoro Dradjat, senior advisor to the minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, and other foreign guests.

Kim Chang Do, chairman of the Korea Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Committee, in an opening address expressed belief that the festival will contribute to encouraging the army and people of the DPRK in their heroic struggle to usher in a great prosperity of Songun Korea and boosting the good-neighborly and friendly relations with the world progressive people.

Hari Untoro Dradjat in a congratulatory speech expressed belief that the two countries would continue deepening the friendly relations together with Kimilsungia in the future, too.

The participants went round the venue of the festival.
