The letter noted:

The Korean Hall of Chongryon has been recognized as a center of activities for ensuring the rights and interests of the Koreans in Japan and played the role like a diplomatic mission of the DPRK under the situation in which there are no diplomatic ties between the DPRK and Japan.

The Japanese government perpetrated illegal crimes such as holding a trial of auction while forcing the Korean Hall of Chongryon to pay debts caused by the economic bankruptcy in Japan late in the last century.

This is a wanton violation of the dignity and legitimate rights of Chongryon and a grave infringement upon the sovereignty of the DPRK.

The Bangladeshi left-wing political parties resolutely reject the decision made by the Tokyo District Court to allow the sale of the Korean Hall of Chongryon under the manipulation of the Japanese government and strongly urge it to stop at once its moves to seize the Korean Hall.
