Present at the meeting were delegates of the political parties and organizations of Peru including the preparatory committee for celebrating the 102nd birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung, Communist Party (Red Motherland), People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students, Revolutionary Socialist Party, Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, Committee for Remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il, Association for the Study of Revolutionary Activities of Comrade Kim Jong Suk, Peru-Korea Friendship Institute for Study of the Juche Based Songun Policy, and the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship and other people.

Present there on invitation were the DPRK ambassador to Peru and staff members of his embassy.

Tani Baler Lopera, chairman of the Peruvian preparatory committee for celebrating the 102nd birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung, in his speech said that Kim Il Sung is the great leader who was born in a patriotic and revolutionary family and devoted his all to the struggle for the country, people and socialism till the last moments of his life.

Victor Oliva Miguel, general secretary of the Revolutionary Socialist Party of Peru, highly praised Kim Il Sung as an invincible strategist who defeated U.S. imperialism which boasts of being the "strongest" in the world.

Genaro Ledesma Izquieta, chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, said that Kim Il Sung led the revolutionary wars for defeating the Japanese and U.S. imperialism and socialist construction to victory by dint of the unity of the revolutionary forces.

Guillermo Alcazar Ribera, chairman of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, and Teresa Otiniano, chairwoman of the Peruvian Association for the Study of Revolutionary Activities of Comrade Kim Jong Suk, said that the exploits performed by Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk will be immortal.
