The NHK on April 13 let the human scum who defected to south Korea after betraying the country and its people appear in a program malignantly hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK by telling sheer lies as "evidence."

In this regard representatives of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon visited the head office of NHK in Tokyo on April 14 and demanded it make an immediate apology and correct the false report.

Meanwhile, on April 16 representatives of the Korean Federation of Workers in Commerce in Japan, Korean Democratic Women's Union in Japan, Korean Youth Commercial Association in Japan, Union of Korean Students in Japan and the Chongryon headquarters of Kanto area also visited the head office of NHK and took a similar action against its program.
