The acting secretary of the Yangon Regional Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar said:

Kim Jong Un's reelection as first chairman of the NDC of the DPRK at the 1st Session of the 13th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK is an expression of the absolute support and trust of all the service personnel and people in him who is carrying forward the noble idea and cause of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

It is also the historic event of great significance in the development of the DPRK and the great honor and joy of the Korean people.

His reelection to the top post of the state makes it possible for the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and the Korean people to wage a dynamic struggle for building a thriving nation and reunifying the country along the road indicated by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

I extend warm congratulations and best wishes to Kim Jong Un.

Tin Tun, director of the Myanmar Medical Research Institute, said:

Kim Jong Un's reelection as first chairman of the NDC of the DPRK is a demonstration of the indomitable faith and will of the army and people of the DPRK to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche under his leadership.

The DPRK's future is bright and rosy as it is led by him.
