The commentary recalled that on the same day the NA passed the motion calling for ratification of the special agreement on sharing the expenses for the upkeep of the U.S. forces, much more money than the previous one.

The passage of the agreement whose term of validity is 5 years makes south Korea compulsorily offer the U.S. about 1 trillion won on an average, the money collected from the people as taxes, every year during the period, it said.

The NA neither blames the "government" for retrogressively revising the contents of the agreement and submitting the motion calling for ratification nor gets from it the guarantee of correction to the motion, the commentary charged, and went on:

Moreover, south Korea lost even the opportunity to put under control the situation in which the U.S. forces are illegally accumulating the expenses for their upkeep and filling their own pockets.

This enables the U.S. to use the expenses for the upkeep of its forces for the transferring of its military bases or other purposes.

The commentary strongly denounced the NA for passing the humiliating agreement.
