It condemned the authorities for working hard to conclude a military agreement with Japan.

The conclusion of the military agreement will result in escalating military tensions on the Korean peninsula and in Northeast Asia as it backs Japan's exercise of the "right to collective self-defense", it said.

It urged the authorities to clarify the stand refusing the pressure of the U.S. calling for concluding the military agreement with Japan.

It laid bare the unreasonableness of the conclusion of a humiliating agreement on sharing the expenses for the upkeep of the U.S. forces and the introduction of U.S. weapons.

Members of the organization staged demonstrations before the general building of the "government" and Chongwadae that day, chanting slogans calling for ensuring peace against war.
