Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a commentary terms this a clear revelation of the invariable intention and inveterate bad habit for confrontation of the south Korean puppet forces to do harm to fellow countrymen through military nexus with foreign forces, unwilling to improve the inter-Korean relations.

As far as "nuclear and missile threats" are concerned, they come from the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces, the commentary says, and goes on:

The U.S. and the south Korean warmongers spawned the nuclear issue on the Korean peninsula, threatening the DPRK by force of arms by mobilizing all means including nuclear weapons to realize their ambition for invading it.

Recently they staged the large-scale Foal Eagle joint military exercises under the simulated condition of invading the DPRK with huge nuclear strike means involved, pushing the situation on the Korean peninsula to an extreme pitch of strain.

It is an exercise of the legitimate right for the DPRK to bolster up its defense capabilities for self-defence to cope with the warmongers' reckless war moves for aggression.

Such being a hard fact, the puppet forces are intensifying military cooperation with foreign forces while labeling the DPRK's just steps as "threats" for no reason. This is a brigandish racket to incriminate the exercise of the independent right of a sovereign state.

The south Korean authorities are slandering the DPRK, clamoring about "threats", but they can never conceal their despicable true colors as they are keen on the moves to impose nuclear disaster on fellow countrymen as servants for outsiders' war against the DPRK.
