DPRK Figure Skaters Prove Successful in Int'l Competition

| Pyongyang, April 28 (KCNA) -- DPRK figure skaters bagged gold medals in the figure-skating competition of the International Skating Union World Development Trophy 2014. The competition held in Philippines on April 26 brought together more than 60 figure skaters from 15 countries including the DPRK, Argentina, New Zealand, Uzbekistan, Hong Kong of China. Ro Yong Myong, Ro Hyang Mi and Kim Un Hyang of the DPRK team placed first in individual men's junior B class, individual women's junior A class and individual women's junior B class events respectively. Han Kum Chol and Han Kwang Bom won silver and bronze medals in individual men's youth class event. |
