Present there from the DPRK side were Minister of Foreign Trade Ri Ryong Nam, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kung Sok Ung, Im Chon Il, consul general of the DPRK in Nakhodka of the Russian Federation, and officials concerned and from the opposite side Yuri Trutnev and his party, Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexandr Timonin and his embassy officials.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on the issue of boosting the economic and cooperative relations between the two countries and other issues of mutual concern.

Earlier, a tete-a-tete was held between Ro Tu Chol and Yuri Trutnev.
