Russian Deputy PM Visits Liberation Tower

| Pyongyang, April 29 (KCNA) -- Yuri Trutnev, deputy prime minister and presidential envoy to the Far East Federal District of the Russian Federation, and his party laid a wreath before the Liberation Tower on Tuesday. Present at a wreath-laying ceremony were Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kung Sok Ung, officials concerned and Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexandr Timonin and his embassy staff members. The participants laid a wreath in the name of Yuri Trutnev before the tower and paid silent tribute to fallen fighters of the Soviet Army. Then they went round the tower. |
