At the meeting speakers said the authorities are not taking any measure for those buried at sea, adding they would struggle, representing the voices of the people enraged at the ferry sinking.

They declared that they would hold a memorial service for the victims and raise voices of condemnation in order to prevent people from falling victim to capital's greed and the regime's irresponsibility.

They stated that they would strongly condemn the capital for seeking its profits, the regime for pursuing a reckless policy for easing restrictions and the authorities for their incompetence and irresponsibility manifested in the failure to rescue those missing.
